To manage virtual and physical cards in the TPF app, follow these simple steps:

  • Open your TPF App and log in to your account.
  • Tap the card icon at the bottom of the screen.
  • From there, you can:
    • View all your virtual and physical cards.
    • Order new cards by tapping “New card”.
    • Set spending limits or block cards.

Yes, you can manage your card spending limits directly in the TPF App. Simply go to the Card section and choose whether you’d like to increase or decrease your spending limit.

If you need a higher limit than the app allows or have a specific request, our support team is happy to help. Just contact us at customersupport@tpf.co.

You can block (freeze) your virtual or physical card quickly through the TPF App:

  1. Open the TPF App and tap the card icon at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select the card you want to block.
  3. Tap “Freeze” to block the card instantly.

If you suspect unauthorised activity or fraud, please contact us immediately at customersupport@tpf.co so we can secure your account.

You can open a TPF Wallet account if you’re a resident of the UK or any European country.

During onboarding, you may be asked to provide additional documents to verify your residency, depending on your location.
